To survive, securing a safe shelter is crucial. Sleeping outdoors is uncomfortable even in peaceful times, let alone in a post-apocalyptic world. Sleeping outside equates to risking your life. Therefore, building a secure shelter is vital. Players also need a formidable arsenal. You can't rely on baseball bats to fend off zombies, although a strong enough hit might do the trick. Once you have a place to eat, sleep, and arm yourself, you must gather resources to sustain a long life. The world is beyond saving; just strive to survive as long as possible.
